• Comply with Civil Code Section 1812.600-1812.610 for auction services
• Have $20,000 Surety Bond from an 'A' Rated Surety
• Possess valid California State Board of Equalization license for auctioneering
• Have been in auction services business for minimum of 5 years

• Pick up auction items from multiple Sheriff's stations
• Clean memory and properly dispose of electronic devices
• Provide appraisal services for precious metals, coins, and historical items
• Advertise auctions in accordance with California Civil Code
• Conduct public auctions to maximize returns
• Collect funds, buyer's premium, and sales tax from buyers
• Provide monthly itemized reports and payments to County
• Maintain data security practices and certifications
• Provide quarterly reports on electronic device disposal and unsold items
• Allow County access to view ongoing auctions
