The buyer is seeking qualified accounting firms to provide outside accounting and audit services. This includes compilation services, GAAP and GASB trainings, and compliance audits of the buyer's accounting and finance operations. The selected firm will compile financial statements, evaluate internal controls, conduct compliance evaluations, and provide training. The buyer requires timely completion of deliverables according to a specified project schedule.

• 1/22/2025 - Pre-Proposal Meeting
• 1/29/2025 - Question Submission Deadline
• 2/12/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/15/2025 - Initial Draft of Compiled Financial Statements Due
• 7/30/2025 - Final Report Due

• Minimum of eight years' experience providing services described in Work Statement
• Must be a certified public accountant

• Compile financial statements and supplementary information for fiscal year ending March 31, 2025
• Review journal entries for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare lead schedules for financial statements
• Recommend financial statement compilation software
• Evaluate internal control procedures
• Conduct agreement/contract compliance evaluation
• Provide GAAP and GASB training sessions
• Present final audit findings to Authority leadership
• Recommend contract management system if necessary
• Adhere to specified project timeline and deliverables
