The buyer is seeking professional photographers and videographers to provide as-needed services for campus-wide events. The buyer intends to award multiple non-exclusive contracts to establish a roster of qualified vendors. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed volume. All work products will become the sole property of the buyer. Vendors must comply with the buyer's standards and licensing requirements.

• 1/13/2025 - Issue RFQ
• 1/20/2025 - Submit Written Questions
• 1/24/2025 - Provide Response to Questions
• 2/12/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Provide photography services for campus events
• Provide videography services for campus events
• Deliver raw and edited photographic images as required
• Deliver videography in mp4 or .mov format including raw footage
• Provide all necessary equipment including cameras, lighting, audio, computers, and software
• Complete criminal background checks
• Obtain required insurance coverage
• Comply with UNCW's Office of University Relations standards
• Adhere to UNCW's licensing requirements
• Transfer ownership of all work products to UNCW
