• Experience in design and construction of three municipal building projects within last five years
• Demonstrated record of delivering high quality civil engineering and survey services
• Ability to design project site within strict cost budgets
• Capacity to provide resources in West Bloomfield, Michigan geographic region

• Conduct boundary and topographic survey of 4-acre site
• Perform wetland and woodland determination and delineation
• Develop concept site plan and obtain site plan approval
• Provide civil engineering design through construction documents
• Collaborate with architect and landscape architect on site design
• Prepare stormwater management and site utility plans
• Conduct construction administration and site inspections
• Prepare as-built ALTA survey upon project completion
• Assist in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals
• Provide civil engineering support during bidding process
