Buyer is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive management, marketing, and operations services for the Five Flags Civic Center. The selected firm will be responsible for day-to-day management, event booking, financial oversight, and facility maintenance. Buyer aims to maximize revenue generation, enhance community impact, and improve overall facility utilization while minimizing operating costs. The contract term is expected to begin July 1, 2025.

• Extensive experience providing similar services
• Successfully performed services of similar scope with other organizations
• Knowledge of and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Experience with municipal and city governments
• Capacity to provide required insurances and financial commitments

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
• Maximize revenue generation and minimize expenses
• Book and manage events, shows, concerts and performances
• Provide food and beverage concession services
• Maintain and safeguard the City's capital investment
• Recruit and develop a customer-friendly workforce
• Establish collaborative relationships with community partners
• Provide financial reporting and budgeting
• Advise on facility upgrades and renovations
