The buyer is soliciting statements of qualification for job-order contract services for general concrete repair and coatings. The purpose is to select one qualified contractor for miscellaneous concrete repair/rehabilitation and coating projects. Work will be primarily located at the South Platte Renew facility. The selected contractor will enter into a contract with up to four one-year renewals. Work will be initiated through task orders defining the scope and negotiated price.

• Apply industrial coatings to equipment like pumps, pipes, and tanks
