• Environmental subconsultant with expertise in Asbestos abatement
• Team may include experienced licensed civil or structural engineer
• Team may include mechanical engineer for MEP scope

• Produce architectural and construction drawing plans for two fire station renovations
• Conduct environmental/asbestos assessment and provide recommendations
• Create renderings for presentation purposes
• Provide project coordination and management
• Review submittals and offer construction support
• Develop 100% Construction Documents compliant with California building codes
• Create milestone submittals at 30%, 60%, and 95% completion stages
• Design kitchen and living space remodels for both fire stations
• Plan dormitory renovations to create individual bedrooms and laundry rooms
• Design bathroom remodels including new shower facilities
