• Project manager must be a Licensed Professional Engineer with 10+ years experience
• Project manager must be located within 75 miles of Greeley
• Key personnel must have experience with at least 3 similar master planning projects

• Assess existing water treatment facilities and transmission infrastructure
• Develop near-term Capital Improvement Project (CIP) plan
• Create long-term plan to meet treatment production needs for projected growth
• Evaluate electrical components of water treatment plants
• Develop 5-year and 20-year CIP plans with implementation timeline and costs
• Plan for transmission expansion to meet demands of Long-Range Expected Growth Area
• Evaluate hydraulic grade lines and pressure zones
