• Minimum of ten years direct and relevant civil engineering experience of comparable type and complexity
• Familiarity with TSA and FAA standards including Title 49 of Code of Federal Regulations
• Working knowledge of FAA advisory circulars and other relevant codes and standards
• Prime Applicant must have provided services under legal name for minimum of six years

• Provide comprehensive civil engineering design and consulting services for airport projects
• Prepare design studies, preliminary plans, economic comparisons, and feasibility studies
• Plan, budget, and assist with preparation of FAA grant applications
• Perform pavement evaluation, non-destructive testing and reporting
• Conduct stormwater management planning, including capture and reuse systems
• Develop construction documents including drawings and specifications
• Assist with bid process including attending pre-bid meetings and responding to questions
• Provide construction administration services including shop drawing review and RFI responses
• Prepare as-built drawings and assist with project close-out activities
• Coordinate with Aviation, city departments, airport stakeholders, and contractors
