The buyer seeks competitive proposals for appraisal, authentication, advertising, and auctioning services. The contractor will retrieve items from the buyer, store them securely, prepare appraisal reports, advertise and conduct auctions, process payments, deliver sold items, and provide auction result reports. The contract is for an initial 5-year term with possible renewals up to 3 additional years.

• 1/6/2024 - Written Questions Submittal Deadline
• 1/14/2025 - Anticipated posting of Answers to written Questions
• 2/13/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 2/25/2025 - Anticipated Date for Posting the Intent to Award
• 3/10/2025 - Anticipated Contract Start Date

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in appraising, authentication, advertising, and auctioning services
• Proof of licensure to conduct auction services in the State of Florida

• Retrieve, identify, appraise and inventory items for auction
• Store items securely and safely
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports
• Advertise auction items
• Conduct online or in-person auctions
• Process payments from buyers
• Deliver or ship sold items to buyers
• Provide reports on auction results
• Pay OAG proceeds from auction sales
