Buyer seeks public engagement services for updating its Metropolitan Transportation Plan. The consultant will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to gather public input, create informational materials, organize events, and analyze feedback. The project aims to educate the public about transportation issues, gather meaningful input, and engage diverse populations throughout Dutchess County.

• Minimum seven years experience in public engagement services for major planning initiatives
• Project manager with minimum five years experience in public engagement for transportation plans
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy virtual and in-person engagement tools
• Experience creating visual tools to convey data and ideas effectively
• Ability to document and analyze public comments from multiple sources

• Develop and implement a public engagement strategy for the Metropolitan Transportation Plan update
• Create a new Plan logo and update website content
• Produce informational videos about the Plan
• Design and conduct online and in-person surveys
• Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person public events
• Create fact sheets and social media content
• Analyze and summarize public input
• Prepare interim progress reports and a final summary report
