The buyer is seeking proposals for approximately 3,500 wireless access points. The equipment must meet specific technical requirements including support for multiple frequency bands, AI-powered energy saving, and advanced security features. The buyer prefers HPE Aruba equipment but will consider equivalent options. Vendors must supply all new equipment, deliver it onsite, and provide detailed documentation.

• Agree to retain all records for at least 10 years

• Supply and deliver approximately 3,500 wireless access points
• Provide CSV with MAC addresses, serial numbers, and model numbers
• Deliver all equipment onsite at no added expense
• Support U-NII-4 channels in 5 GHz spectrum
• Support Ultra Tri-band filtering
• Support AI-powered energy-saving mode
• Support 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands concurrently
• Include Trusted Platform Module (TPM) for added security
• Support dual 5 Gbps Ethernet ports
• Be manageable with Aruba Central
