Buyer is seeking proposals for bus stop advertising services throughout Palm Beach County. The selected contractor will organize and maintain static and digital advertising at Palm Tran bus stops. This includes marketing advertising, complying with regulations, and implementing a revenue sharing arrangement. The contract will cover approximately 300 existing advertising shelters and additional new infrastructure.

• Minimum of three to five years prior experience in transit advertising
• Demonstrated experience managing system-wide static and digital bus stop advertising for transit agencies

• Organize and maintain bus stop advertising throughout Palm Beach County
• Market advertising on bus stops, except where prohibited by local ordinances
• Provide static and digital advertising services at Palm Tran bus stops
• Manage system-wide static and digital bus stop advertising for transit agency
• Implement revenue sharing arrangement with Palm Tran
• Comply with FDOT bus stop requirements
• Develop business plan for advertising operations and transition
• Maintain digital display equipment and provide self-reporting capabilities
• Review and ensure compliance with advertising content standards
• Provide annual reports on advertising displayed at each location
