Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission

The buyer is seeking a qualified ATM vendor to provide and service ATMs at Pennsylvania Turnpike service plazas and two administrative buildings. The contract duration is 3 years with four 1-year options. The ATMs will serve traveling customers along the turnpike as well as employees and consultants at administrative locations. The selected vendor will be responsible for ATM installation, maintenance, cash management, and customer support.

• Provide ATMs at service plazas along the Pennsylvania Turnpike
• Install ATMs at two administrative buildings for employees and consultants
• Maintain and service ATMs at all locations
• Ensure ATM functionality and reliability for travelers and staff
• Handle cash management and replenishment for ATMs
• Provide customer support for ATM-related issues
• Implement security measures for ATM transactions and cash handling
• Generate and submit regular reports on ATM usage and performance
• Comply with all relevant banking regulations and industry standards
• Coordinate with Turnpike Commission for ATM placement and maintenance schedules
