The buyer is seeking proposals for division-wide photography services for one high school, one middle school, and four elementary schools. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend for four additional years. The selected vendor will provide various photography services including class photos, team and club pictures, senior portraits, and graduation photography. The buyer requires photo package options for students and electronic format photos compatible with their student information system.

• 2/13/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 2/17/2025 - Conduct interviews and discussions
• 2/21/2025 - Select top ranked proposer
• 3/4/2025 - Award bid and finalize contract documents
• 7/1/2025 - Contract begins

• Provide photography services for 1 high school, 1 middle school, and 4 elementary schools
• Offer class photos twice a year for some schools, once a year for others
• Provide team and club pictures, including 8x10 photos for coaches and plaques
• Offer photo package options for students to purchase
• Provide student photos in electronic format compatible with PowerSchool
• Create and print student IDs
• Provide cap and gown photographs and flexible scheduling for senior portraits
• Photograph graduation and at least one athletic game/match per sport
• Provide 20x16 enlargement photo of each athletic team
• Communicate with families about photography-related events and proofs
