The buyer seeks to develop a list of pre-qualified respondents to provide on-site construction contract administration and inspection services. Services will support various water infrastructure projects including treatment plants, pipelines, and reservoirs. The buyer will award agreements to selected firms for on-call services up to 5 years or for specific projects as needed. Respondents must demonstrate experience managing complex public works projects and providing skilled personnel across multiple disciplines.

• 5 years prior experience providing comparable on-site construction contract administration and inspection services
• At least one office located in Southern California

• Provide on-site construction contract administration and inspection services
• Manage and supervise field inspections and materials testing
• Review construction plans, specifications, procedures and schedules
• Respond to contractor correspondence, RFIs, and submittals
• Negotiate settlements for contract changes and claims
• Prepare and review cost estimates
• Evaluate project completion schedules and schedule updates
• Perform inspections of construction work in progress
• Maintain as-built drawings and project documentation
• Coordinate warranty work and project close-out
