Town of Lexington

The buyer seeks a professional organization to market, promote, and manage performances at the Cary Memorial Building. The contract is for booking approximately 30 dates annually in Margery Milne Battin Hall and Estabrook Hall. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of event management including ticketing, staffing, concessions, and technical operations. The initial contract term is one year with options to extend for up to five years total.

• Experience with contracting professional entertainment for Massachusetts municipalities
• Experience operating facility for performances
• Provide contact information for three references
• Provide resumes of all management personnel assigned to contract

• Book and manage performances at Cary Memorial Building
• Provide box office and ticketing system services
• Handle security staffing and concession operations
• Manage stagehands and parking lot
• Conduct advertising and marketing for events
• Rent and operate additional sound/lighting equipment as needed
• Provide house manager, ticket takers, and ushers
• Arrange ground transportation for performers
• Obtain necessary licenses and permits
• Protect facility property during events
