The buyer is seeking an experienced firm to manage community events, secure sponsorships, and oversee event production. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for four successive one-year periods. The buyer hosts 5-10 events annually with attendance ranging from 250-5,000 per event. The selected provider will work collaboratively with the buyer to facilitate and produce special events that support the city's unique character.

• Minimum of three years' experience in event management

• Manage planning and execution of city community events
• Secure community sponsorships for events
• Oversee event production including audio, lighting, and staging
• Develop site plans and obtain necessary permits
• Coordinate vendors, entertainment, and security
• Provide on-site management during events
• Create sponsorship packages and maintain sponsor relationships
• Handle post-event reporting and sponsor follow-up
• Manage event budgets and provide regular updates
• Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts for events
