Buyer seeks qualified Independent Certified Public Accountants to provide annual auditing services for financial statements and records. The audit will cover the buyer, its foundation, and a real estate holding company. Services include conducting the audit, submitting reports, reviewing internal controls, and completing tax forms. The contract will be for three years with potential renewals.

• 2/14/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Licensed to perform accounting services in the Commonwealth of Virginia

• Conduct annual audit of financial statements and records
• Submit printed audit report to Board of Trustees
• Review internal controls and provide recommendations for improvements
• Conduct exit conference with President and Chief Financial Officer
• Complete and electronically submit Form 990 for IALRF and Holding Company
• Provide opinions on financial statements or disclaimers of opinions
• Retain working papers for at least 3 years
• Submit adjusting entries in writing
• Comply with GAAP and applicable accounting standards
• Provide audit services by September 1, 2025
