Buyer seeks photographers for a two-year open contract to capture images during events and on request at their offices. Photographers will be required to take candid or staged photographs at in-person events, receptions, and work trips. Buyer operates globally with a focus on improving lives, protecting nature, and stabilizing the climate. The contract will start on April 1, 2025, with individual work orders for each project.

• Portfolio of relevant work
• Based in or within 100km radius of specified cities
• Comparable rates relative to applicant pool
• Quality of previous WRI work (if applicable)

• Capture candid or staged photographs during in-person events
• Take photos at receptions
• Photograph work trips
• Provide headshots at WRI offices
• Conduct photoshoots within and outside 100km radius of home base
• Deliver high-quality images for WRI's use
• Travel to various WRI office locations as needed
• Work on short-term and full-day photography assignments
• Collaborate with WRI project managers on specific photography needs
• Adapt to various lighting conditions (day and night events)
