• Audit annual financial statements for fiscal years 2025-2027
• Express opinion on fair presentation of financial statements
• Provide 'in-relation-to' report on combining and individual fund statements
• Issue report on City's compliance with Gann appropriation limit
• Prepare Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
• Complete Report of Financial Transactions for State Controller's Office
• Assist with implementation of applicable GASB pronouncements
• Review ACFR and award checklist for GFOA award program compliance
• Issue 'consent and citation of expertise' for debt securities if requested
• Perform Single Audit if applicable
