  • Manage and operate all aspects of event planning and catering at the Horticulture Center
  • Provide marketing, advertising, scheduling, staging, staffing, equipment, and supplies for events
  • Conduct site tours for potential renters in coordination with Horticulture Center staff
  • Implement effective rodent control measures in collaboration with Department staff
  • Submit monthly Accounting Reports detailing gross revenues and event activities
  • Develop and submit an Annual Capital Improvement Plan for facility upgrades
  • Provide security for all catered events, including pre-event installations and post-event takedowns
  • Clean up and remove all waste generated by events within 24 hours
  • Maintain and repair equipment used for event planning and catering
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure secure closure of the Horticulture Center after events
