The buyer seeks an experienced consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive air service development strategy. The consultant will work with buyer staff to increase air service by existing carriers and attract new carriers to the airport. Key services include evaluating market opportunities, facilitating meetings with airlines, representing the airport at industry events, and analyzing trends. The contract is for a three-year term with two optional one-year extensions.

• Represent airport at air service development conferences and airline meetings
• Analyze industry trends and develop air service marketing strategies
