• 2/18/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 3/3/2025 - Meetings with select Proposers
• 4/1/2025 - Approximate contract award date

• Produce up to twenty 1.5-2 minute 4K videos over two 7-hour days
• Conduct two-camera shoot with lighting, graphics, animation, editing, coding, and music
• Provide closed captioning and transcripts in English, Spanish and Arabic
• Back up videos to two hard drives immediately following shoot
• Deliver finished product in web-compatible and broadcast quality formats
• Provide five-year digital archive for videos
• Assist with scouting location for video production
• Provide B-roll and voiceover recordings where required
• Produce opening and closing animations
• Complete project between April 1 and July 1, 2025
