Buyer seeks a consultant to conduct outreach and engagement for the City of Pocatello EPA Community Change Grant. The project involves creating a safe, non-motorized transportation corridor, connecting homes to sewer lines, enlarging sewer lines, expanding park access, and restoring parks. Buyer requires the consultant to develop and implement an outreach strategy, establish a strategic oversight committee, and conduct formal public engagement activities. The work will support implementation of a project funded through the EPA Community Change Grant program.
