The buyer seeks community-based newspapers to publish weekly outreach advertisements. The newspapers must be printed in San Francisco and circulate primarily to specific communities. The buyer will select one newspaper for each community. Advertisements will be processed through the buyer's clearinghouse. The contract period is 12 months starting July 1, 2025.

• Must print newspaper in San Francisco
• Must distribute physical copies at least once per week
• Must have distributed for at least 6 months prior to RFP

• Publish weekly outreach advertisements in community-based newspapers
