• Registered Investment Advisor with SEC and state
• Minimum 5 years experience managing state/local government funds
• Minimum $500 million in public sector assets under management
• Minimum $5 million errors and omissions insurance coverage

• Provide non-discretionary management of the Town's investments
• Assist with review of the Town's investment policy
• Provide monthly reporting of portfolio positions and returns
• Meet with investment committees and governing bodies
• Review custodial and safekeeping services
• Conduct broker/dealer due diligence
• Perform credit analysis of security issuers and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with applicable investment laws and regulations
