• Expertise in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and incident management
• Extensive experience operating an XDR/MDR Security Operations Center as a managed service

• Implement comprehensive XDR/MDR solution with advanced threat detection and response
• Provide 24/7 proactive threat hunting and monitoring
• Integrate with existing Microsoft G5 licensing features and components
• Deliver managed investigation and incident response services
• Conduct regular security posture assessments and optimizations
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to county staff
• Develop and execute test and acceptance plan
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g. CJIS, HIPAA)
• Integrate with existing SIEM and network infrastructure
• Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and 24/7 technical support
