Kent County Purchasing Division

Buyer is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. The projects should serve residents of Kent County outside Grand Rapids and Wyoming. Applicants will operate as Kent County Subrecipients for CDBG-assisted projects. Programs must meet CDBG eligibility requirements and address goals in the 2021-2025 Kent County Housing and Community Development Consolidated Plan.

• Must be a non-profit organization located within Kent County
• Ability to provide services to Kent County residents outside Grand Rapids and Wyoming

• Develop new or enhance existing CDBG-eligible programs
• Serve residents of Kent County outside Grand Rapids and Wyoming
• Address goals in 2021-2025 Kent County Housing and Community Development Consolidated Plan
• Operate as a Kent County Subrecipient for CDBG-assisted projects
• Provide services meeting HUD's CDBG eligibility requirements
