The buyer seeks marketing professional services to support its Strategy and Communication Department. The buyer requires partners to assist with engagement strategies, public education, government monitoring, and various marketing tasks. The selected firms will work as an extension of the StratComm team, providing both tactical and strategic support. The buyer serves the Metropolitan Denver area, treating wastewater and protecting the environment for approximately 2.2 million people.

- Support other internal departments as needed
- Provide creative and technical capabilities for various marketing services
- Assist with strategic plan implementation and organizational communications
- Support digital presence, marketing, and public information efforts
- Aid in community engagement and continuous improvement programs
