ARPA: Homeownership Assistance Program Administration

Buyer seeks proposals from non-profits to administer Homeownership Assistance Program(s) serving income-qualified first-time homebuyers throughout Monroe County. The selected respondent will develop and implement the program in accordance with HUD HOME regulations. Services include marketing, application processing, eligibility verification, property inspections, homebuyer counseling, and closing assistance. The program aims to reach disproportionately-impacted and underserved populations. Funds must be expended by December 31, 2026.
