• Licensed to practice public accounting in New Mexico
• Appear on Office of State Auditor's list of eligible IPAs
• Independent of the Agency as defined by Government Auditing Standards

• Perform annual audit of DOH financial statements for FY 2025-2027
• Provide draft financial statements for DOH review by October
• Submit final audit report to State Auditor by November 1 each year
• Conduct weekly audit progress meetings with DOH staff
• Present audit report at exit conference
• Prepare federal Data Collection Form within 30 days of audit release
