- Possess either a Class A, Class B, and/or Class C-10 license
- Comply with California Public Works Labor Code requirements
- Design and construct a solar photovoltaic (PV) system
- Design and construct a backup energy system
- Provide performance guarantee and operations/maintenance contract for 5 years
- Coordinate with existing site control vendors for system integration
- Specify equipment control systems for real-time operational data
- Conduct performance testing, startup, and commissioning
- Provide as-built drawings, specifications, and commissioning report
- Extend inverter warranties to 20 years
- Comply with Buy America requirements
- Coordinate construction activities with Phase 2 EVSE project
