• Accept notice materials via fax, hand-delivery, mail, or electronic format
• Proofread and make corrections to notices before publication
• Provide affidavits of publication for each notice
• Offer online posting of notices on the internet
• Maintain dedicated sales team and phone lines for state agencies
• Submit quarterly sales reports to the State Procurement Office
• Maintain required insurance coverage throughout contract term
• Accept state purchasing card for orders under $2,500
