The buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide services to women entrepreneurs in New York City under the WE nyc brand. The vendor will design, implement, and evaluate services across the WE nyc portfolio, including WE master leadership, WE master money, and WE connect programs. The vendor will be responsible for evolving program content and delivery methods to meet current needs of women entrepreneurs. Services include delivering networking events, conferences, business education workshops, and mentorship sessions. The vendor will also conduct impact evaluations of WE nyc interventions.

• Five years experience working with small businesses in NYC or similar large U.S. city
• Five years experience planning and implementing in-person events for 20-500 attendees
• Five years experience working with or designing programs for women entrepreneurs

• Design and implement services for women entrepreneurs under the WE nyc brand
• Deliver WE connect networking events and conferences
• Provide WE master leadership and money business education workshops
• Conduct impact evaluation of WE nyc interventions
• Manage client inquiries and relationships
• Develop and update program content and delivery methods
• Perform market assessment and research on women entrepreneurs' needs
• Manage marketing and outreach for WE nyc programs
• Recruit and manage mentors for 1-on-1 mentorship sessions
• Track and report program data in CRM system
