Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority

The buyer is seeking a qualified local vendor to oversee and coordinate team and game management, public relations, and event production services for the College Football Playoff and other events. The selected contractor will work closely with CFP officials, participating teams, venues, media, and other stakeholders. The initial event is the College Football Playoff scheduled for January 25, 2027 at Allegiant Stadium. The contract period is from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2027, with potential extensions.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in event production and public relations
• Successful completion of at least 5 local projects of similar scope and complexity
• Expertise in developing and executing dynamic public relations strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including local authorities, sponsors, and media
• Adequate staffing and resources to manage a high-profile event

• Develop and oversee event production plans for pre-game, halftime, and post-game activities
• Coordinate venue setup and teardown in compliance with regulations and requirements
• Manage audiovisual, lighting, and staging requirements
• Develop and implement media outreach strategies to promote events
• Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media availabilities
• Coordinate team arrivals, accommodations, and practice schedules
• Manage locker room assignments and facilities
• Oversee pre-game, halftime, and post-game activities and ceremonies
• Provide qualified team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities
• Develop contingency staffing plans and ensure appropriate training
