LEED Administration Services

The buyer seeks experienced professionals to provide 'on call' LEED Administrator services for various new construction and renovation projects. The selected firms will offer LEED Administration services throughout the life of campus projects, adhering to applicable building codes, regulations, and the University of California Policy on Sustainable Practices. The initial agreement term is three years, with potential extensions. The buyer intends to select at least two firms for these services.

- Review project documentation and advise on sustainability improvements
- Monitor project compliance with UCSC sustainability requirements and CALGreen
- Chair regular sustainability/LEED meetings with the project team
- Prepare and update LEED scorecard throughout the project
- Coordinate LEED documentation with design professionals, consultants and contractors
- Submit credits to USGBC/GBCI and act as liaison until final certification
- Assist in developing Green Building Education program
- Register project with USGBC/GBCI and manage LEED-online
- Document Location & Transportation, Indoor Water Use Reduction, and Innovation credits
- Provide sustainability/LEED UCSC Division 1 specifications if needed
