The buyer seeks a dynamic advertising and/or public relations agency to produce an effective statewide campaign addressing the scope of work. The selected contractor will be responsible for keeping sugary beverages and water consumption issues before the public.

- Operating California office with minimum 30 employees
- Two consecutive years of relevant experience within past three years
- Develop 5-year social marketing plan with annual updates
- Conduct formative research
- Produce creative campaigns and place annual media buys
- Create annual public relations and community engagement plans
- Develop project management and campaign monitoring plans
- Produce annual reports and comprehensive final report
