• Guide District's Financial Officer through debt issuance and structuring process
• Assist with bond issuance and tax notes as part of debt restructuring plan
• Provide ongoing financial consulting and debt management services
• Assist with selection of financial underwriting firms
• Prepare official statements and prospectuses for bond offerings
• Advise on bond market conditions and timing of debt issuance
• Assist with securing competitive bids for credit enhancement and other services
• Help compile information for bond rating agencies and insurance companies
• Assist with compliance of continuing financial disclosure requirements
