• Principals must have 10+ years of extensive appraisal experience
• Supervisors must have 10+ years of appraisal experience, 4+ in mass appraisal
• Field inspectors must have 6+ months of revaluation field inspection experience
• Company must use BRT's CAMA system and Powerpad data collection system

• Conduct comprehensive revaluation of all real property within township boundaries
• Inspect and appraise each parcel of real estate and property improvement
• Utilize BRT's CAMA system and Powerpad mobile data collection system
• Capture digital color images of properties and integrate into CAMA system
• Analyze land sales and develop land valuation methodology
• Prepare preliminary draft reports and value schedules
• Conduct informal taxpayer review hearings
• Provide training on computer programs for database maintenance
• Implement quality control and public relations programs
• Submit final tax list by January 10, 2026
