• No conflict of interest with other work for Tulsa Public Schools
• Submit copy of most recent external quality control review report

• Audit financial statements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025
• Express opinion on fair presentation of basic financial statements
• Provide 'in-relation-to' opinion on supporting schedules
• Perform limited procedures on required supplementary information
• Issue report on compliance and internal control
• Prepare comprehensive annual financial report (ACFR)
• Submit ACFR for GFOA and ASBO certificate programs
• Perform fieldwork for Student Activity Fund in June/July
• Provide draft reports and recommendations to management
• Deliver final signed report by December 15th
