• Must be a NAESCO Accredited Energy Service Provider (ESP)

• Install/repair/renovate HVAC, energy management, and lighting systems
• Provide training programs for Owner's personnel
• Guarantee energy savings according to IPMVP or EVO guidelines
• Complete project by June 30, 2026
