The buyer seeks proposals for in-venue retail merchandise sales and management services for on-campus ticketed sporting events. The selected vendor will be the exclusive sales agent for Athletics' event retail at designated campus venues. Services include comprehensive sales and marketing for apparel and non-apparel items containing University indicia. The contract term is five years with potential extensions up to ten years total.

• 2/7/2025 - Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference
• 2/27/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/1/2025 - Contract Start Date

• Minimum of three years experience in profitable projects of similar nature and scope
• Onsite manager must have at least three years of experience in event merchandise sales

• Provide in-venue retail merchandise sales for on-campus ticketed sporting events
• Manage retail operations at designated campus athletics venues
• Offer comprehensive sales and marketing services for apparel and non-apparel items
• Secure appropriate background checks on all employees
• Maintain confidentiality of personal and educational information
• Provide staffing, personnel, management, and equipment for retail operations
• Ensure all merchandise is purchased from licensed manufacturers
• Obtain artwork design approvals from Collegiate Licensing Company
• Participate in annual promotional programs and theme days
• Comply with PCI Data Security Standard requirements
