The buyer seeks proposals for in-venue retail merchandise sales and management services for on-campus sporting events. The selected vendor will be the exclusive sales agent for Athletics' event retail at designated venues. The contract includes providing comprehensive sales and marketing services for apparel and non-apparel items. The initial contract term is five years with potential extensions up to ten years total.

• 2/7/2025 - Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference
• 2/27/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/1/2025 - Contract Start Date

• Minimum of three years experience performing event merchandise sales and operations
• Ability to provide commercial insurance with specified coverage and limits

• Provide in-venue retail merchandise sales & management for on-campus ticketed sporting events
• Serve as exclusive sales agent for Athletics' event retail at designated campus venues
• Provide comprehensive sales and marketing services for apparel and non-apparel retail items
• Secure appropriate background checks on all employees assigned to the contract
• Install equipment and have merchandise on-hand by August 1, 2025
• Operate retail locations at football, basketball, baseball, and other sporting events
• Provide staffing, personnel, management, and equipment for merchandise sales
• Ensure all merchandise is purchased from licensed manufacturers
• Obtain artwork design approvals from Collegiate Licensing Company
• Maintain PCI compliance for payment processing
