Buyer seeks proposals for an Impact Fees Study. The study will review the County's Capital Improvement Plan and determine needed capital facilities to accommodate growth. If facilities are identified, the consultant will develop a legally defensible impact fee methodology and fee schedules. The study must comply with Florida Statutes and case law regarding impact fees.
