• Examine economic effects of Beltline trail construction on neighborhood transformation
• Assess and enhance methodology to track redevelopment goals
• Implement best-practice methodology to capture redevelopment metrics
• Create public-facing impact report with economic trends
• Develop impact and evaluation plan for ABI's economic development programs
• Review and assess existing programs and data capture processes
• Create plan for ongoing data capture, analysis and reporting
• Support creation of annual program impact reports
• Evaluate USDA Forest Service grant workforce development initiative
• Create outcome and impact document for stakeholders
