The buyer is seeking proposals from Certified Public Accountants/Financial Auditing Companies to conduct mandatory annual audits. The audits will cover all financial accounts under the management of the buyer's Finance Department. The selected firm will be required to perform the audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and Government Auditing Standards. The contract period will be for three years with an option to extend for two additional years.

• 2/14/2025 - Deadline for questions
• 2/28/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Conduct mandatory annual audits of all financial accounts
• Prepare basic financial statements and required supplementary information
• Issue audit reports in accordance with Government Auditing Standards
• Perform Single Audit if required
• Verify and test expenditures of Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax funds
• Prepare management letter addressing exceptions and recommendations
• Submit draft reports for review prior to release
• Present findings to City management
