• Firm must be independent of the City
• Firm must be licensed to practice in South Carolina
• Firm must have an office physically located in South Carolina
• Firm must have no conflict of interest with the City

• Perform independent audits of City's financial statements
• Prepare annual financial reports for five fiscal years
• Conduct audits in accordance with GAAP and Government Auditing Standards
• Issue reports on compliance and internal control
• Prepare Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards
• Provide assistance for GFOA Certificate of Achievement program
• Complete and file IRS Form 990 for Public Facilities Corporation
• Conduct entrance and exit conferences
• Provide ongoing assistance to finance staff
• Prepare adjusting entries after audit completion
