• Demonstrated experience managing representative payee services
• Maintain Third Party Fidelity Bond with minimum $3 million coverage
• General Liability insurance: $1 million per occurrence, $3 million aggregate
• Professional Liability and Abuse & Molestation Coverage: $1 million per occurrence, $3 million aggregate
• Workers' Compensation insurance as mandated by California law

• Manage individuals' funds for essential needs like food, clothing, and housing
• Monitor individuals' funds and manage SSI/SSA benefits
• Maintain financial records and perform ongoing audits
• Prepare and submit periodic financial reports
• Establish spend-down plans to comply with regulatory fund balance limits
• Coordinate with GGRC and service providers to support individuals' financial goals
• Maintain an interest-bearing account for conserved funds
• Deliver culturally responsive and person-centered financial management services
• Ensure compliance with SSA regulations and GGRC requirements
• Provide financial management support for approximately 300 individuals
