• Established business for five years or more
• Capable of providing 24/7, 365 days technical support

• Develop and maintain an online bidding platform for tax-delinquent and execution real property auctions
• Integrate auction platform with Harris County's existing systems and databases
• Provide secure web environment with user authentication and data protection
• Implement bidder registration and pre-qualification process
